James Aquilina with over 20 years of experience in bar tendering succeeded in establishing the biggest mobile bar service on the Maltese islands.
James has been awarded several prestigious titles including ‘Best Bartender of the Year for four consecutive years: 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2008. He is also the winner of several international World Cup cocktail competitions (classic, fancy and flaring).
As a professional mixologist, James helps to evolve the field of bar tendering creating innovative cocktails and revealing and refining the techniques and drinks of the traditional bartenders.
